The former Chelsea midfielder has found his space in this list with 96 assists. He debuted for West Ham in 1997 and made 148 appearances for the London club, scoring 24 times. He moved to Chelsea in 2001 and had an impressive career with the blues. Till his departure, he played 429 premier league matches for Chelsea, scoring 211 times to become the highest goal scorer for the club.
Lampard left Chelsea after being part of ‘The golden era of Chelsea’ and joined Manchester City for a brief spell. He played only one season for Citizens and shifted to New York City for more adventures.
Lampard aided Chelsea in winning their first premier league in 2005, by scoring 22 league goals. Lampard has won two more premier leagues, all with Chelsea FC.
